JAMMU : On the auspicious occasion of Gopashtami, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mahila Morcha organized a sacred ceremony at Amphala Ashram under the spiritual guidance of Pandit Raj Kumar ji, the head of the ashram. The event was graced by Adv. Neha Mahajan, State President of BJP Mahila Morcha, along with her devoted team members who performed Gau Mata Poojan with deep faith and reverence.
The State Mahila Morcha team members present included Urvashi Gupta, Prerna Nanda, Poonam Gupta, and Suman Raina, Geetanjali Mahajan while from the district unit, Anuradha Sharma and other prominent women karyakartas were also in attendance. The program commenced with traditional rituals and chanting, invoking divine blessings from Gau Mata, revered as the embodiment of 33 crore deities in Sanatan Dharma.
Adding spiritual grandeur to the event, members of ISKCON also participated in the ceremony and joined hands with BJP Mahila Morcha in spreading the message of “Gau Seva is Dev Seva”. Their devotional bhajans and kirtans filled the atmosphere with spiritual energy, reflecting the harmony and shared devotion that binds every Sanatani heart.
Addressing the gathering, Adv. Neha Mahajan emphasized the significance of reviving Sanatan values among the youth and encouraging them to engage in Gau Seva, which not only sustains our culture but also deepens our connection with nature and divinity.
She stated, “Serving Gau Mata is not just a tradition — it is a sacred duty that strengthens our moral fabric and inspires future generations to uphold the eternal values of Sanatan Dharma.”
The event concluded with a soulful Aarti conducted by Pandit Raj Kumar ji, followed by blessings to all devotees present. The combined participation of the BJP Mahila Morcha and ISKCON devotees made the ceremony a true celebration of faith, culture, and spiritual unity.
