Congress Questions Surgical Strikes, Disrespects Army: Vibodh
JAMMU : Reacting to Congress leader Charanjit Singh Channi’s recent statement questioning the proof of India’s surgical strikes, BJP J&K General Secretary and former MLC Vibodh Gupta issued a strong condemnation in a press statement. He described the Congress as a “group of traitors” and accused them for defending Pakistan’s terror. Vibodh emphasized that the surgical strikes were a testament to India’s military supremacy and the government’s unwavering commitment to national security.
“Once again, the Congress has chosen to question the integrity of the Army and Air Force. Charanjit Singh Channi has repeated his disbelief in the surgical strikes and is demanding evidence. It raises serious concerns about the mindset of the Congress leadership and the Gandhi family—how can they consistently cast doubt on our forces while appearing to trust Pakistan’s narrative? Even Pakistan has publicly acknowledged that the strikes happened”, Vibodh added.
Vibodh further said that at a time when the entire nation is united in supporting our armed forces to avenge terrorism, the Congress party continues to undermine their credibility. He strongly asserted that by questioning the surgical strikes and demanding proof, Congress is not just attacking the government but also hurting the morale of our soldiers and it is shameful that the Congress is playing politics with the security of the nation, while our forces risk their lives every day to protect us.
