Ghulam Mohammad Dar Pledges Infrastructure Improvements, Tackles Water and Employment Issues in Sonawari’s Odina Village

SONAWARI:- Bhim Sena Party’s North Kashmir Incharge and candidate for the Sonawari assembly constituency Ghulam Mohammad Dar visited the Odina area of Sonawari on Tuesday evening, where he encouraged party workers to prepare for the upcoming assembly elections. During his visit, Dar stressed the importance of strengthening the party at the grassroots level to ensure success in the polls.

Dar was accompanied by senior party workers including Shaisata Begum, one of the most senior worker from Asham, and other senior workers from the Sonawari constituency were also present on the occasion. The discussed strategies to engage the local electorate and mobilize support.

Speaking to the media, Ghulam Mohammad Dar criticized the regional parties, stating that the people of Odina have been neglected for over 70 years. “The regional parties have failed to address the basic needs of the people. Water scarcity, poor road connectivity, and unemployment are rampant. I am ashamed to see such conditions in this digital age—it’s a great injustice,” he remarked. Dar promised that if elected, he would focus on resolving these issues and prioritizing the welfare of the people.

Dar highlighted that his party’s election symbol, the Auto Rickshaw, represents a fresh start and the hope of real change for the community. He expressed confidence in his workers’ efforts at the grassroots level, which he believes will drive his campaign toward victory.

Taking a strong stance against the National Conference (NC) and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Dar said, “Our party is a national force, and we will work tirelessly for the welfare of the underprivileged.” He urged people to support him, pledging to eliminate unnecessary electricity meters if elected, and vowed to advocate for the rights of daily wage workers and unemployed youth by creating job opportunities.

Dar concluded by calling on his supporters to increase their efforts in rallying local communities and strengthening the party’s presence. He reiterated Bhim Sena’s commitment to fighting for the rights of the marginalized and encouraged active participation to make a substantial impact in the upcoming election.
