The recognition was conferred by Raksha Nikhil Khadse, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. She appreciated the consistent efforts made to mobilize youth and encourage their active involvement in initiatives like Budget Quest 2026, aimed at enhancing financial literacy and civic awareness among young citizens.
In recognition of his outstanding performance, Shri Butt was honoured with a memento, reflecting his commitment towards strengthening youth participation and promoting responsible citizenship across Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh.
The felicitation took place during the three-day National Chintan Shivir (April 24–26) organized under the MY Bharat initiative. Present on the occasion were Dr. Pallavi Jain Govil, Nitesh Kumar Mishra, Dr. Priyanka Shukla, and Kritika Padode Bhandari, along with Deputy Directors and District Youth Officers.
The initiative aligns with the vision of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi, emphasizing youth empowerment as a key pillar of nation-building.
