SAMBA, May 13: In a significant initiative aimed at promoting youth empowerment and community participation, more than 50 Youth Club registration forms were submitted to MLA Ramgarh Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal by Former Panch Samlah, Block Sumb, Devinder Kumar and Advocate Sanjeev K. Kohli for the establishment and registration of new Youth Clubs under MY Bharat, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India.
The initiative aims to connect rural youth with various government-led programmes related to leadership development, sports promotion, volunteerism, social awareness campaigns, and nation-building activities. The newly proposed Youth Clubs are expected to play an active role in encouraging youth engagement and strengthening social welfare activities at the grassroots level.
The programme was organized under the guidance of Sushil Singh Charak, Chief Functionary of Nations Development Association (NDA), affiliated with MY Bharat. He informed that active work is being undertaken for Youth Club registrations across Samba and Jammu districts and also highlighted the importance of the PM Internship Scheme for providing skill development and employment opportunities to the youth.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Ramgarh appreciated the enthusiasm and participation of local youths and assured full support for initiatives related to youth welfare, sports, and social development under MY Bharat.
Advocate Nar Singh, Legal Advisor, Nations Development Association (NDA), along with youth volunteers and social workers, was also present on the occasion.
