JAMMU : SVI Library, an educational initiative operating under Shree Vaishno Institute (SVI), a Government-Registered Educational Institution in Jammu & Kashmir, has officially unveiled its new logo, symbolizing the institution’s vision of promoting knowledge, academic excellence, enlightenment, and holistic youth development.
The newly introduced logo features an open book, a traditional lamp (Diya), and a lotus flower, representing education, wisdom, enlightenment, purity, and continuous growth. The logo embodies the core values and aspirations of SVI Library and reflects its commitment to creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment for students, scholars, and readers.
Speaking on the occasion, the management of Shree Vaishno Institute (SVI) stated that the launch of the new logo marks a significant milestone in the institution’s journey towards educational excellence and community engagement. The open book signifies the pursuit of knowledge and lifelong learning, the lamp represents the light of wisdom and guidance, while the lotus symbolizes growth, character, and the transformative power of education.
SVI Library has consistently worked towards promoting reading culture, research, skill development, and educational awareness among youth. Through its academic and community-oriented initiatives, the institution aims to empower individuals with knowledge and opportunities that contribute to personal and societal progress.
The library is proudly associated with Nations Development Association (NDA), a non-governmental organization registered with NITI Aayog, Government of India, and affiliated with MY Bharat, an initiative of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. This association strengthens the institution’s efforts in advancing youth empowerment, leadership development, social responsibility, volunteerism, and nation-building activities.
The unveiling of the new logo represents a renewed commitment by SVI Library to serve as a center of learning, innovation, and intellectual growth while continuing to contribute meaningfully to the educational and social development of Jammu & Kashmir and the nation.
