JAMMU : Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, the current MLA of Ramgarh and former Health Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, attended the vibrant Dussehra celebration organized by the Krishna Ram Leela Club Diani today. This annual event, deeply rooted in cultural tradition, attracts residents from across the region to celebrate the triumph of good over evil.
In his address, Dr. Manyal highlighted the significance of Dussehra, emphasizing its role in promoting communal harmony and cultural values. “This festival symbolizes the victory of righteousness.
